Let’s be real - social media gets overwhelming fast when you’re winging it.
You sit down to post, stare at the screen, and wonder, “What am I even trying to say this week?”
That’s where a simple AI-powered workflow saves the day.
This is the same system I use with clients (and in my own content planning).
It’s fast, clear, and repeatable - with AI doing 80% of the heavy lifting.
Here’s how to use AI each week to keep your content on track - without burning out.
✅ Monday: Map Out Your Week
Start the week with clarity by getting AI to help you choose 3–5 post topics that align with your goals (engagement, education, promotion).
💬 Prompt:
“I’m a [your role] helping [your audience]. This week, I want to post content that builds trust and gently promotes my [offer].
Suggest 5 post topics with a mix of educational, engagement, and story-based ideas.”
🗓 Use the results to plan your posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
✅ Tuesday: Write Your Captions
Once your topics are mapped out, batch write your captions using AI. Add your own edits to keep them sounding like you.
💬 Prompt:
“Write a social media caption about [insert topic] in a [your tone] voice. Start with a hook, use short paragraphs, and end with a soft CTA.”
Tip: Ask for captions under 120 words to keep things skimmable.
✅ Wednesday: Batch Reels Hooks or Carousel Slides
Midweek is a great time to prep visual content outlines. Use AI to brainstorm slides, talking points, or hook ideas.
💬 Prompt:
“Create a 7-slide Instagram carousel about [topic] with strong, clear headlines. Include a hook for Slide 1 and a CTA for the last slide.”
Or…
“Write 10 short Reels hooks on [topic] that would stop the scroll.”
✅ Thursday: Repurpose for Other Platforms
Don’t reinvent the wheel. Ask AI to rework a caption for other platforms like LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Threads.
💬 Prompt:
“Here’s a caption I wrote: [paste it].
Rewrite this for LinkedIn in a slightly more professional tone. Then reformat it as a tweet thread and a Pinterest Idea Pin title.”
✅ Friday: Prep Next Week’s Ideas
Use AI to generate next week’s content plan while this week’s momentum is still fresh.
💬 Prompt:
“Based on this week’s content topics - [insert them] - suggest 5 new content ideas for next week that build on the same themes but keep things fresh.”
