Here’s how I tweak AI output so it feels natural, on-brand, and a little bit magic ✨ - without needing to rewrite from scratch.

✅ Step 1: Prompt with the End in Mind

If you want less editing, your prompt needs to be more specific.

💬 Example prompt:

“Write an Instagram caption about [topic] in a warm, slightly cheeky tone. Start with a hook, use short lines, and end with a light CTA.”

Set the vibe early. It’s easier to polish a post that’s almost there than one that missed the brief entirely.

✅ Step 2: Trim the Fluff

AI loves long sentences and filler words.

✂️ Cut:

• Overexplaining

• Passive phrases like “It’s important to note…”

• Any sentences you wouldn’t say out loud

Tip: If you’d never say it in a voice note to a client, cut it.
