Step 1 - Give AI Your Weekly Goals
AI works best when it has a clear target. Before you start, decide:

Example: If my focus this week is building trust, I’ll tell AI:

Instead of coming up with content for each platform individually, let AI map it out for you.
Prompt example:
“Create a 5-day content plan for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Make each post idea different but aligned with my weekly goal. Include hooks, CTAs, and recommended formats (e.g., carousel, Reel, text post, poll).”
Now you have a full cross-platform content map before Monday even starts.
Step 3 - Fill in Your Content Pillars
If you’ve got content pillars (like education, entertainment, behind-the-scenes, sales), AI can help you hit them all in a week.
Prompt example:
“Here are my 4 content pillars: [list yours]. Using my weekly goal and these pillars, create one idea per pillar that I can post this week.”
Suddenly, you’ve got variety and strategy - no more posting the same type of content every day.

Step 4 - Assign and Prep
Once you’ve got your ideas, assign each one to a day.
Batch-create graphics, captions, or video scripts now - so the week ahead runs smoothly.
