You don’t need a caption-ready idea. You just need to shake the dust off and get your brain into content mode.

Set a timer for 5 minutes and jot down answers to these 3 questions:

1. What’s something I helped someone with this week?
It could be a DM you replied to, a question a client asked, or a comment you left that made someone say “omg, that’s so helpful.”

That’s content.

2. What do I keep repeating lately?
You probably have a go-to phrase or piece of advice you give on autopilot. That repetition? That’s your message - and it’s worth sharing.

3. What’s something I’m tired of seeing in my industry?
This is your permission slip to get a little spicy. Rant, vent, clarify. Your hot take or “I wish more people knew this” moment is exactly what your audience wants.

Then what?

Pick one. Turn it into a caption, a Story, a voice note, a Reel, or even just a line to build on later.

You’re not trying to go viral - you’re building visibility and trust. And that starts with showing up consistently.
