Here’s the truth I remind my clients of all the time:

But it is a good time to pause, check in, and adjust.
2. Revisit Your Last High-Performing Posts
Scroll back and ask:

What topic got the most saves or comments?
-
Was there a format that hit harder (carousel, story, Reel)?
-
Did I sound more like me in those posts?
Recreate the energy, not just the format.
3. Ask Your Audience to Re-engage (Softly)
Try this in Stories or captions:
“Have you found [your content type] helpful lately? Hit reply or drop an emoji if you’re still here π”
It reminds people to interact without begging for likes.
4. Stop Obsessing Over Likes
Instagram especially has throttled likes as an engagement metric.
Prioritise:

Saves and Shares (valuable content)
-
Replies and DMs (community)
-
Profile Visits (conversion)
Sometimes the quietest posts convert the best. Don’t delete them.
5. Switch Up the Format - Not the Message
Try delivering the same message as:

A carousel instead of a caption
-
A 7-second Reel with text overlay
-
A poll or quiz in Stories
If they’re not responding to the format, change how it shows up - not what you’re saying.
