With so many people using AI now, how you say things is what sets your brand apart.
Your audience doesn’t want a Wikipedia summary - they want to connect with your unique way of explaining, encouraging, or challenging them.

✅ How to Define Your Tone & Voice for AI

Write down:
✔️ Words you use often (or words you’d never say)
✔️ The vibe you bring (Are you upbeat? Direct? Chill? Sassy?)
✔️ How you want your audience to feel after reading your posts (Inspired? Empowered? Ready to act?)

Example:

“I’m friendly, straightforward, and a bit cheeky. I use casual language, emojis, and short, punchy sentences.”

✅ The Perfect Prompt Addition: Tone & Voice Details

Most people write:

“Write a caption about [topic].”

Instead, upgrade it to:

“Write a caption about [topic] for [describe your audience].
Make it sound [funny, direct, supportive, empowering, etc.].
Use [insert key words or emojis you use]. Avoid corporate language.”

✅ Want a Shortcut? Save a “Voice Paragraph”

This is a short block of text describing your tone that you can paste into every prompt.

Example:

“My tone is warm, friendly, and confident. I keep sentences short, avoid jargon, and use phrases like ‘here’s the deal’ or ‘let’s be honest.’ I add 1-2 emojis per post and end with a soft CTA.”
